(from left to right clockwise) ginger, scallions, water, fermented beans paste, chili hot sauce, chicken stock, beef stock, rice noodles, ramen noodles, Chinese pickles, pork pattie, tofu
(not in the picture) beef balls, spinach, tomatoes, coriander, dried shrimps, etc.
