Fiesty potatoes

(recipe adapt from Perfect Tapas)

Cook the potatoes in boiling water - 20 minutes
Sauté the shallots and garlic in oil - 5 minutes
Add 1 teaspoon of chili and paprika powder and salt
mix all together. Enjoy!
